Video: Demolition nearly complete on Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena

ASHWAUBENON -- The demolition of the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena is nearly complete -- after the roof of the old building was collapsed on Wednesday, July 24.

To force the roof to collapse, crews spent Wednesday afternoon cutting away support beams.

The 61-year-old arena is being torn down to make way for a new $93 million facility. The final events were held at the arena in the spring.
