Victim of armed robbery struck by vehicle near N. Humboldt & Capitol

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a victim of an armed robbery was struck by a vehicle near N. Humboldt and Capitol Drive Friday evening, June 10th.

According to police, the incident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m.

Authorities say the victim may have run into the street after the robbery, when he was struck by the vehicle. He was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police say the robbery took place in the street and was not a carjacking. They are now looking for suspects in connection to the armed robbery.

The vehicle that struck the robbery victim stayed on scene, and is cooperating with police.

Police believe the driver will not be cited.
