Update: 32-year-old man shot and killed near N. 3rd and Keefe Avenue

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police tell FOX6 News a 32-year-old man has died and another is hurt following a shooting that took place near N. 3rd and Keefe Avenue Saturday, July 2nd.

According to police, both men were sitting on the porch of a residence when a suspect opened fire at them.

Police say the 22-year-old man received a non-fatal gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The second victim, a 32 year old man identified as Marquelle Miller, received a fatal gunshot wound. The Milwaukee Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but were unable to resuscitate the victim. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
