Two unconscious dogs saved from apartment fire on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Two dogs were rescued unconscious from a burning apartment building and revived by firefighters Sunday morning around 9:30 a.m.
The fire was inside a 1st floor bedroom of the multi-unit apartment building located at 6116 W Lisbon Ave in Milwaukee.
Officials now have special oxygen masks used specifically for pets.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
