Two teens arrested after fight at Germantown High School

GERMANTOWN -- Two teenagers were arrested after a fight involving several students at Germantown High School on Friday morning, October 5th.

A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for substantial battery. He was taken to the Washington County Juvenile Secure Detention Facility. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was booked and released at the police department. A request for charges has been forwarded to the Washington County District Attorney's Office.

A 15-year-old boy was taken to Children's Hospital with severe facial injuries. Those injuries required surgery.

Germantown police say no further information will be released because of the pending investigation.
