Tribune Co. to purchase FOX6, 18 other TV stations

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- FOX6 along with 18 other television stations owned by Local TV Holdings, LLC is being sold to the Tribune Company.

The pending sale comes at a price of $2.725 billion.

When the deal is closed, Tribune Company will own a total of 42 TV stations across the country.
