Three arrested after high-speed chase goes into Manitowoc Co.

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY (WITI) -- Sheboygan County Sheriff's officials say officials were involved in a high-speed chase on Tuesday evening, April 15th.

It happened just before 8:00 p.m.

Law enforcement officials attempted to stop a vehicle connected with a felony theft, when Sheriff's officials say the vehicle took off -- fleeing northbound on Highway 28.

The driver eventually crossed the county line into Manitowoc County, and a spike strip was laid down on I-43 near County Highway C in Manitowoc County.

The vehicle was eventually stopped in Manitowoc County, and three people were arrested.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
