CEDARBURG -- Scattered storms - some of them strong - passed through southeastern Wisconsin Monday evening, May 28th. In Cedarburg, the storms took down trees!
At least two streets in the area had to be closed off for city workers to clear debris and in some cases, tend to downed utility lines.
A large tree slammed to the ground on Washington Street near Saint Johns. Heavy equipment was used to remove the debris. Washington Street was closed to traffic for about two hours Monday evening.
There are no reports of injuries at this time.
