Storm delivers foot of snow, power outages in West Bend

WEST BEND -- Heavy, wet snow swept through the West Bend area Thursday, December 20th creating slippery road conditions and problems related to power. As of Friday morning, December 21st over 700 residents are without power, says WE Energies.

WE Energies is currently working to restore power in the West Bend area and throughout Wisconsin.

At this time, 24 pieces of snow plowing equipment is clearing the lightly snow-covered streets in West Bend alone. There are no reports of major accidents in the West Bend area and motorists can expect a decent drive due to the dry snow.
