Stephanie Billon located in Chicago, safe and unharmed

KENOSHA CO. (WITI) -- The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department says the search for 40-year-old Stephanie Billon is over.

Billon was located in the City of Chicago on Friday morning, March 22nd. She is safe and unharmed.

Billon had been reported missing by by her family March 14th in Salem, Wisconsin.
