Sparrow Collective features work from more than 100 independent designers

MILWAUKEE -- There's a place in Milwaukee that features work from more than 100 independent designers from around the United States. It is called Sparrow Collective -- and that's where Brian Kramp spent some time on Wednesday, July 22nd.
