Sneak peek at what to expect at Harvest Gathering 2015

Harvest Gathering is an unique culinary gala where you have the opportunity to hands-on learn how to create the exquisite cuisine that is being cooked and served table-side right before your eyes from Wisconsin's finest chefs.  In addition to other festivities of the night such as Live Auction Raffle, each guest will enjoy three courses with beverage pairings.  Each guest will receive an apron and a recipe card for each course.  There will be fifteen tables and fifteen participating restaurants.  Each table has an assigned participating restaurant that serves 8-10 guests.  The American Liver Foundation Upper Midwest Division must be notified of any severe food allergies by November 1, 2015 in order for the chef's to be able to properly accomodate the courses for the guest.

Our approach to food is creative, fun and community-driven. We are a group of like-minded individuals drawn together through our common love of delicious food and good friends. We seek out quality, honest suppliers from the great state of Wisconsin first.  Expect to see modern techniques alongside the classics all done with our unique local flair. We look forward to creating life inspired food for all to share and enjoy.
