Six injured in three-vehicle crash in Fond du Lac Co. Sunday
FOND DU LAC COUNTY (WITI) -- Fond du Lac County Sheriff's officials
It happened just before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 24th.
Sheriff's officials say it happened in the area of State Highway 23 in the area of County Highway W in the Town of Forest.
Sheriff's officials say a westbound vehicle operated by an 18-year-old St. Cloud woman was struck from behind by a westbound SUV driven by a 29-year-old Plymouth woman, as it waited to make a left hand turn from State Highway 23 into St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
The impact caused the 18-year-old woman's vehicle to be pushed into the path of an eastbound vehicle, operated by a 67-year-old Fond du Lac woman, who could not avoid the collision.
Six people from the vehicles involved received injuries believed to be non life-threatening.
The ages of those injured range from 12 to 67.
A 12-year-old female was flown from the scene to Children's Hospital.
A 44-year-old woman was flown to Froedtert from St. Agnes Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation. Alcohol and speed are not considered factors.
