Shorewood police seek suspect in robbery of TCF Bank
SHOREWOOD (WITI) -- Shorewood police are seeking a suspect responsible for the robbery of the TCF Bank in Shorewood.
It happened on Tuesday morning, February 4th -- just after 11:30 a.m.
Police say the suspect implied having a hand grenade.
Police say the suspect entered the bank, and announced loudly he had a grenade, before demanding money -- handing the teller a red Sendik's bag.
Police say the suspect advised the teller not to add a dye pack.
The suspect was able to get away with money, and fled on foot.
He is described as a white male, approximately 5'7" tall, wearing a dark puffy waist-length jacket with the hood up and face covered.
