Shorewood police search for suspect who robbed pharmacy

SHOREWOOD -- Shorewood police are looking for a suspect who they say robbed the Thompson’s Serv-Pharmacy on E. Capitol Dr. around 1 p.m. Monday.

Police tell FOX6 News the suspect came into the pharmacy with a handgun, took cash and a undetermined amount of medications. He then took off in a dark, four-door SUV and drove eastbound on Capitol Drive.

The suspect is described as a male, black, standing about 5'8" tall. He was wearing a black jacket, a black cap and a gray hood with black gloves.
Shorewood police are now scouring the store’s video cameras -- and may release pictures or video of the crime in progress.
