Sheboygan residents arrested after woman slashed with knife

SHEBOYGAN -- Three people in Sheboygan were arrested after a 37-year-old woman  was accidentally slashed with a knife while trying to break up a fight Wednesday night, April 11th.

Police responded at 6:48 p.m., Wednesday to a home near Carl Avenue in Sheboygan for a disturbance involving two men and a 16-year-old boy. During the disturbance a 37-year-old woman attempted to separate the three and accidentally received multiple lacerations across her chest from a Leatherman multi-tool the16-year-old had in his hand.

The 37-year-old woman was transported to the hospital and received treatment for minor injuries.

The16-year-old with the knife was arrested for disorderly conduct, underage drinking and possession of marijuana.

A 46-year-old man was taken to jail for violating his parole and a 41-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
