Sellers pleads not guilty to amended felony murder-burglary charge

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- 22-year-old Jonathan Sellers pleaded not guilty on Monday, March 3rd to an amended criminal charge of felony murder-burglary in connection with the death of Christopher Gray.

Sellers initially faced a burglary charge in the incident.

Sellers is one of two people charged in connection with Gray’s death. Police say Gray came home the morning of November 18, 2013 to a burglary in process. Gray died in the struggle that ensued.

The court on Monday set a trial date of June 2nd for Sellers.
