Seeking investors: Multi-million dollar indoor sports complex proposed for Sussex

SUSSEX (WITI) -- A local team is seeking investors for a more than $10 million indoor sports complex in Sussex.

It is the brainchild of two local residents.

The 130,000 square foot facility would be built on Town Line Road.

It would include both running tracks and six indoor courts.

The local residents want $3 million in equity investors to get the project off the ground.
