Right lane of NB I-94/41 temporarily closed near Highway 20 because of flooding Monday morning

RACINE COUNTY -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the right lane of northbound I-94/41 was temporarily closed near Highway 20 because of flooding. The flooding issue was resolved within a half-hour -- and traffic returned to normal.
