Ribbon cutting celebrates grand opening of new Sendik’s location in West Milwaukee

WEST MILWAUKEE -- A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Tuesday morning, November 15th for the grand opening of the new Sendik’s location on Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee.

The new grocery store sits between Burnham and Mitchell streets, and fills the final piece of undeveloped property on bustling Miller Park Way.

The West Milwaukee location is the first of six additional Sendik’s stores planned to open in the next 12 to 15 months. The expansion will also fuel job growth, increasing Sendik’s associate base from 1,700 to 2,500.

The new West Milwaukee store employs 140 full- and part-time workers.



The Goodwill store, adjacent to the new Sendik's will open on Friday, November 18th at 8:00 a.m.
