Primary election results in Milwaukee-area mayoral races

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- FOX6 News is receiving results from a primary election held on Tuesday, February 18th in which there were several mayoral races.

The results are as follows:

For City of Delafield Mayor, Kent Atwell and Michele DeYoe will advance to the general election.

Atwell received 396 votes (38%), DeYoe received 288 votes (27%), Jeff Krickhahn received 191 votes (18%) and Al Zietlow received 173 votes (17%).

Ed McAleer is the current mayor of the city of Delafield.

For City of Waukesha Mayor, Shawn Reilly and incumbent Mayor Jeff Scrima will advance to the general election.

Reilly received 1,505 votes (35%), Scrima received 1,421 votes (33%), Terry Thieme received 1,193 votes (28%) and Mike Volpano received 164 votes (4%).

For City of Franklin Mayor, Steve Olson and Steve Taylor advance to the general election.

Olson received 1,096 votes (47%), Taylor received 722 votes (31%) and Ryan received 536 votes (23%).

Tom Taylor is the current mayor of the City of Franklin.

For City of South Milwaukee Mayor, Erik Brooks and incumbent Mayor Thomas Zepecki advance to the general election.

Brooks received 876 votes (54%), Zepecki received 597 votes (37%), and James Leavens received 153 votes (9%).
