Police seek armed robber with distinctive clothing, do you recognize him?

PLEASANT PRAIRIE (WITI) -- Police in Pleasant Prairie are asking for the public's help in its search for an armed robbery suspect.

The suspect entered the Family Dollar Store on 75th St. just after noon on Friday, March 13th. He was wearing a mask and hooded sweatshirt -- and displayed a hatchet type of weapon. The suspect demanded cash from the employee -- and after getting the money, he fled from the store.

The suspect is described as a male, white, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt under a dark outer shirt with a darker stripe running across the chest.

Police are asking the public to view the photo and note the distinctive clothing and mask worn by the suspect during the crime.
