Police offer $2,000 reward for information on Franklin Woods soda bombs

FRANKLIN -- Law enforcement is offering a $2,000 reward for information about bottle bombs found in a Franklin park.

The plastic soda bombs near Kayla's Playground were found in the Franklin Woods Nature Center on Friday, October 9th.

Kayla's Playground was inspired by a young girl with cerebral palsy who passed away in 2012. The playground consists of equipment usable by both able and disabled people.

If you have any information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for placing the explosive soda bottles near the park, you are asked to call the Franklin Police Department at 414-425-2522 or 414-858-2660.
