Police investigate fatal shooting near 40th & Fond du Lac Ave.

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Monday morning, December 10th on the city's north side.

Police say the incident occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. near 40th and Fond du Lac Ave. The victim, a 37-year-old man, suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

No further details have been released at this time -- including what led to the shooting, who was involved and if a suspect(s) is in custody.
