Pleasant Street Bridge reopening, celebration on Thursday

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Pleasant Street Bridge is open for business after a year-long $5.4 million makeover, and businesses in the area are planning a celebration during the ribbon cutting ceremony on August 1st.
