Phelps may be in hot water over ad photo

MILWAUKEE -- Gold-medal olympian Michael Phelps may be in hot water with the International Olympic Committee. It all surrounds a photo of Phelps shot in a bathtub for an ad campaign.

A new IOC rule prohibits athletes from appearing in ads for non-Olympics sponsors from July 18th through August 15th. 

A violation of the rule could include sanctions such as fines and stripping of medals.
