Owner of The Rock Sports Complex taking another swing at developing minor league baseball stadium

FRANKLIN -- The owner of The Rock Sports Complex in Franklin is taking another swing at developing a minor league baseball stadium.

Mike Zimmerman revealed detailed plans to create an indoor sports complex and baseball stadium at The Rock.

His first effort failed.

The $130 million plan also calls for a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with hundreds of apartments, retail, hotels and two office buildings.
