OSHA cites Vivid Image after one worker killed, another injured

THERESA -- The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Vivid Image in Theresa with 12 safety violations.

The violations come after 55-year-old employee Roman Torres died, and another employee was hospitalized from exposure to a chemical last November.

OSHA has placed Vivid Image in its "Severe Violator Enforcement Program," and has also proposed penalties of $64,600.
