Now hiring: Portillo's in Brookfield, the first in Wisconsin, set to open in July
BROOKFIELD -- Wisconsin's first Portillo's restaurant opens in less than two months -- and Portillo's officials are now hiring for the location at The Corridor in Brookfield -- at Bluemound and Calhoun.
The restaurant will open in mid-July.
There will be an exclusive Wisconsin-themed item on the menu: The Badger Brat!
Portillo's is now hiring for all hourly positions in Brookfield. Apply online by clicking here, or stop by the restaurant every Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Crew member positions pay up to $12 an hour.

Dear Friends in Wisconsin,
We know it's been a long time since we updated you on our soon-to-open Brookfield restaurant, so here's some news to get your through the day.
Our beautiful new building is complete and will be opening in July, where we'll serve all of your Portillo's favorites and something brand new just for Brookfield.
We're proud to introduce a new menu item exclusive to Wisconsinites - introducing our Badger Brats! That's right, for the first time on a Portillo's menu, we'll be serving bratwurst, available with classic stone-ground German mustard, and of course, sauerkraut.
