New life for the old American TV & Appliance store

PEWAUKEE (WITI) -- The former American TV & Appliance store in Pewaukee could soon get new life.

A company is proposing using more than half of the former store to create an indoor racing track featuring go-carts that could run up to 50 miles an hour. The facility would be open to customers and for events.

Pewaukee's plan commission will consider the proposal on Thursday, December 18th.

The facility's opening date is tentative, but could be between May and June 2015.
