Muskego police: James Barbian taken into custody without incident

MUSKEGO -- Muskego police say arson suspect James Barbian was located and taken into custody without incident early on Friday, May 27th.
Officials say while on routine patrol, a Franklin police officer located Barbian's vehicle at the Sunset Motel on S. 27th Street. Barbian was turned over to Muskego police -- and is now in the Waukesha County Jail.
Barbian is believed to have set fire to his ex-wife's home on Monday, May 2nd. The Fire Marshal ruled that fire was intentionally set.
An arrest warrant had been issued for Barbian -- and here are the charges he faces now that he has been brought into custody:
