MPD: Man shot while sitting in his car near N. 58th and Ruby Avenue

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that took place near N. 58th and Ruby Avenue.

The shooting occurred Saturday evening, July 2nd at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Police say a 26-year-old man was seated in his car when a suspect approached and fired multiple gunshots into the vehicle.

The victim received a non-life threatening gunshot injury. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Milwaukee police continue to seek suspects in this shooting.
