Mother and eight children displaced after house fire near 33rd & Garfield

MILWAUKEE -- The Red Cross is assisting a mother and her eight children following an overnight house fire.

The fire happened just before midnight at a home near 33rd and Garfield.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
