Milwaukee police officers reunite with boy they saved from Lake Michigan

MILWAUKEE -- Officers with the Milwaukee Police Department took time out of their day on Saturday, April 2nd to visit a two-year-old boy who they saved from Lake Michigan earlier this week.

Posted to the Milwaukee Police Department Twitter page, officers from District 1 reunited with two-year-old Jaycion and gave him a new bike!

Jaycion made a remarkable recovery after he and his mother were pulled from Lake Michigan on Monday, March 28th. Police said this was an attempted suicide, and the boy's mother later died at the hospital.
