Milwaukee police investigate double shooting near 36th and Mount Vernon

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police tell FOX6 News two men were shot near 36th and Mount Vernon Avenue Thursday, November 17th.

The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m.

According to Milwaukee police, a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were shot during circumstances that are unclear.

Officials say the men were transported to a local hospital and are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Milwaukee police continue to seek suspects.
