Milwaukee police: 24-year-old man shot near N. 24th & Hopkins

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred near N. 24th and Hopkins Street Thursday, October 8th.

The call to police came in shortly after 12 p.m.

Authorities say a 24-year-old Milwaukee man suffered a non-life threatening injury during a robbery attempt and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Police have not made any arrests.

The investigation into this shooting is ongoing.
