Milwaukee man charged with possession of child pornography
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Alejandra Arguello of Milwaukee is facing five counts of child of possession of child pornography. This, after officials seized a laptop from his residence that contained child pornography.
On Tuesday, March 26th special agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), with assistance from the Milwaukee Police Department, executed a search warrant at the home of Alejandro Arguello, located at 3707 South 17th Street in Milwaukee.
According to the Criminal Complaint, agents seized a laptop computer from the residence. A forensic review of images recovered from the seized laptop uncovered images consistent with child pornography, according to the complaint.
In an interview with agents, Arguello is quoted as saying he had “downloaded some things he shouldn’t have,” according to the complaint.
A preliminary hearing in this case is scheduled for April 10th at 8:30 am.
