Milwaukee man charged, suspected in overdose death of 26-year-old woman.

OZAUKEE COUNTY -- The Ozaukee County District Attorney's Office charged 41-year-old Justin Story of Milwaukee on Wednesday, December 2nd with first-degree reckless homicide.

Story was arrested on September 16th for his alleged connection to a suspected overdose death of 26-year-old Heather Bintzler. She was found deceased in a home in the City of Cedarburg on September 14th.

Story was arrested for a probation violation -- and detectives were able to secure additional evidence during the arrest.

Story has remained in custody at the Ozaukee County Jail for that probation violation.
