This outpouring of support comes just one day after more than 120 people were killed in several coordinated terrorist attacks in Paris, France. It was the worst violence France has seen since World War II.

Several buildings around the world are also showing their support for Paris -- lighting up the Verizon Center in Washington, One World Trade Center in New York, and the Sydney Opera House in Australia with blue, white and red lights.
