Milw. man is second winner of state's new Instant Million game

MADISON (WITI) -- On Monday, Richard McClain went home after his trip to the convenience store, scratched his lottery ticket, and almost fainted. He couldn't believe he was the second winner of Wisconsin's new Instant Million game, launched less than three weeks ago.

Instant Million is Wisconsin's first $30 instant scratch ticket with four (make that now two) $1 million instant prizes.

Richard bought his ticket at the National Quick Food Mart at 5631 West National in Milwaukee. He will take home $673,507.50 after taxes.

For selling the $1 million winning ticket, National Quick Food Mart earns a $20,000 incentive. Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets with prizes of $600 or more earn the equivalent of 2% of the prize.
