Medical Examiner's office called to scene of homicide near N. 60th and Green Tree Road

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office tells FOX6 News they have been called to N. 60th and Green Tree Road for a report of a death Thursday evening, July 14th.

Milwaukee police they were called to the scene for a shooting shortly before 9:30 p.m

According to officials, a 32-year-old man was found to have been shot while seated in a vehicle. The victim died on scene from his wounds despite the lifesaving efforts of Milwaukee Police and Fire personnel. The victim has been identified as Casey Johnson.

The circumstances surrounding this incident remain under investigation.
