MCSO: NB lanes of WIS 175 shut down at State Street after report of 'shots fired'

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office was dispatched on Monday afternoon, March 18 to a report of shots fired on northbound WIS 175 just north of State Street.

Officials said deputies collected evidence while the northbound lanes of WIS 175 were shut down. All traffic was diverted off the freeway at State Street.

Around 3:45 p.m., the "all clear" was given on the scene.
