MILWAUKEE -- A man, 24, was seriously hurt in a shooting near 49th and Hampton late Monday morning, Aug. 5.

It happened just before noon.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police said the circumstances surrounding the shooting were under investigation.

One person was arrested.
