Man gets 60 months in prison following sexual exploitation of minor

MILWAUKEE -- A Wisconsin man was sentenced to 60 months in prison Friday, September 7th for engaging in and attempting to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.

According to court documents, 72-year-old Roland Falth of Fond du Lac traveled to Belize in July of 2006 and sexually molested a female minor.

Authorities say Flath was originally charged by a criminal complaint filed in October 2010 by the Eastern District of Wisconsin. In February of 2011, Flath was arrested by the Guatemalan National Civil Police, expelled to the United States and arrested by the ICE agents and U.S. Marshals.

On March 22, 2011 Flath was indicted by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Falth has been sentenced to 60 months in prison. In addition to his prison term, Flath was sentenced to 10 years of supervised release.
