Luncheon held to benefit Lissy's Place

MILWAUKEE -- A special event took place at the Italian Community Center in downtown Milwaukee Tuesday, April 24th.

It was the Third Annual "Keeping the Dream Alive" luncheon, held as a fundraiser for "Lissy's Place."

"Lissy's Place" helps young women, many who have been released from foster care or are homeless, in finding jobs and starting secondary education.

This luncheon was hosted by FOX6's Kim Murphy.
