Lockdown lifted at UW-Waukesha after "isolated incident" near the school
WAUKESHA -- A lockdown has been lifted Thursday, November 10th at UW-Waukesha after an "isolated incident" in the neighborhood near the university.
According to Waukesha police, shortly after 3:00 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a home on Sunset Drive near W. St. Paul Avenue for a well-being check of a suicidal subject.
Due to the close proximity of this residence to the UW-Waukesha campus, the school was placed on a precautionary lockdown.
The situation was later resolved with no injuries reported.
The lockdown was lifted.
