Kansas City law firm buys Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek
MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is merging with Husch Blackwell and retaining the Kansas City, Mo.-based firm's name.
The two firms, which focus on business and litigation law, will merge on July 1, and continue to operate in all markets where both firms have offices, including WHD's Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha County and Chicago offices. The Milwaukee company's nearly 150 lawyers and 233 local employees will join Husch Blackwell, growing its force to more than 700 lawyers in 19 cities.
