Johnson Controls to move some jobs to Mexico starting in 2014

GLENDALE (WITI) -- Johnson Controls says it is moving some jobs out of the United States.

The Glendale-based company told employees at its plant in Pennsylvania that it will move some production lines and jobs to Mexico starting next year.

That means about 200 union and non-union employees will be laid off.

Union officials have vowed to do as much as they can to save the jobs.

They head to the bargaining table next week.
