Jesus DeJesus could change plea in case of striking, killing woman with car
MILWAUKEE -- Jesus DeJesus, the man accused of running over a woman and killing her, could change his plea Tuesday, May 8th during a court appearance.
DeJesus has pleaded not guilty to homicide by negligent use of a vehicle.
Police say DeJesus hit 65-year-old Clementina Hernandez as she was pushing her grandson in a stroller near 6th and Grant.
The little boy survived, but Hernandez was killed.
DeJesus will be in court for his plea hearing Tuesday morning.
