Homeless sex offender arrested along Waukesha's Riverwalk, accused of exposing his genitals

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A homeless sex offender was arrested along Waukesha's Riverwalk after a woman reported he was exposing himself.
55-year-old Timothy Inzeo was allegedly sitting on a park bench on Saturday, August 6th when a woman confronted him about his genitals being exposed.
Inzeo told police he wasn't aware his genitals were exposed.
A records check revealed Inzeo is homeless because shelters will not accept him due to his sex offender status.
He has been charged with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior.
Inzeo made his initial appearance in court in this case on August 8th. A $500 signature bond was set, and a hearing was scheduled for September 26th.
